The dive

A cave of ~900 m with two sumps, linked to the Iskrets karst spring. After more than 15 dives between 2024 and July 2026 the team reached ~-28 m and found over 100 m of new passage.

Extremely tight (a squeeze of 50–60 m) and silt that takes visibility to zero.
Profile and sections

A cave of ~900 m with two sumps, linked to the Iskrets karst spring. After more than 15 dives between 2024 and July 2026 the team reached ~-28 m and found over 100 m of new passage.

Belgians called a vertical crack here impassable in the 1990s. The team judged the newest squeeze, where the cylinders have to come off, too dangerous.

Depth and profile
Two sumps · to ~-28 m, with over 100 m of new underwater passage (2024–2026)
Configuration
Sidemount or small cylinders only: there is a squeeze of 50–60 m where your chest and back touch the rock at the same time.
