Other people's footage, not advice: how someone else dives here says nothing about what suits your team. Dive within your training.

The dive

Along the wall there are overhangs with black coral. The small arch below the Bells is not the Blue Hole's Arch. Practical: the pin comes from PADI and is approximate.

The chimney is so narrow that only one diver at a time fits: wait your turn and keep your distance. You come out on a wall over more than 100 m of water, with no bottom: watch your depth and gas closely and stay within your certification (30 m recreational).
Profile and sections

Along the wall there are overhangs with black coral. The small arch below the Bells is not the Blue Hole's Arch.

Practical: the pin comes from PADI and is approximate.

Depth and profile
A narrow chimney down from the reef top, open on one side; it exits on the wall at ~25–27 m. At its foot a small arch at ~26 m. Then along the wall at 20–30 m; the wall drops far beyond 100 m.
Configuration
Short chimney with daylight and open water at the exit: recreational gear (estimate). PADI suggests Advanced Open Water and Drift.

Entry or dive fee

This is how the planner decides who in your team may dive this cave. Rules your own trip adds (organizer, a mail, the AI) show with your trip.

How to get there

Shore dive ~10 km north of Dahab, ~100 m north of the Blue Hole: you enter on the reef top and descend in a crack. Usually you then swim along the wall to the Blue Hole and finish over the Saddle (~7 m). Guided by a local dive centre; entrance fee on the road.

Certification requirements, configurations and trimix depths are estimates for planning. Always check them locally and dive within your training. Compiled from web research (Oct 2026): the websites of Circle Divers, H2O Divers Dahab and Scuba Seekers, PADI (Blue Hole/Bells, with pin), Wikipedia (Blue Hole, coordinates), Wikivoyage, duikersgids.nl (Abu Helal), SSI, Wego (July 2026) and Aquarius Red Sea (April 2026) on access and rules, and DAN Europe's Alert Diver (2013, 2016) on the chambers. These are shore dives on the reef: chimneys, canyons, overhangs and the Blue Hole's deep arch, with open water outside. The Arch and Abu Helal's deep canyon are technical deep dives. Certification and configurations are estimates.
