How to get there
On the airport road near Carbonera, ~20 km west of Varadero: a large opening in the ground with steps down to the water. Open 8:00–18:00, ~5 USD; snack bar. A regular stop for excursions from Varadero, so early or late in the day is quieter. A dive centre on site is not confirmed: arrange the dive through a centre in Varadero.
